This artwork embodies the personal identity reflection I experienced after three years of living in Beijing. Delving into the ambiguity and fluidity of identity in a world where geographic ties and cultural affiliations are constantly shifting.

How does one truly form a connection to a place without residing there for an extended period? To what extent am I Belgian without living in Belgium? This question became central to my experience, especially as my parents were rooted in different cities, and I spent my formative years in China within a predominantly French community.
